Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-notch talent.
  • Employee Development: Champion training and development programs that cater to the evolving needs of our team and the industry.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, recognizing excellence and addressing areas of improvement.
  • HR Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with ARTISAN’s objectives and promote our unique culture.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by effectively addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or HR certification will be a significant advantage.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of extensive experience in HR management roles, with a preference for those familiar with the digital or tech industry.
  • Regulatory Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices within the Kingdom and beyond.
  • Tech-savviness: Familiarity with HR software, including HRIS and HRMS systems.
  • Bilingual Expertise: Proficient in both English and Arabic to seamlessly communicate with our diverse team and stakeholders.
