  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in social media or digital marketing would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with demonstrable success in driving growth and engagement.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Crisis Management: Experience in managing online reputation and addressing feedback, both positive and negative, in a professional manner.
